Scud (I'm a Lover, Not a Fighter)

Yeah, I so LOVE this!

Joshua better known as Scud has got to be one of my favorite characters from the Blade movies. Sure he betrayed Blade but I still love the character none the less. Scud is played by the actor Norman Reedus who I love and think is a talented actor and his artwork is amazing and really unique and different. But back to Scud, he is just plain awesome. I love that he invents things and always seems to be smoking in almost every scene. The weapons he make are so different and very creative and take a skilled person to think and build. His taste in music I have to admit is great and just describes his character and he gets bonus points for loving The Powerpuff Girls and having them be the only thing playing on his television. Any man who loves The Powerpuff Girls can win my heart. ;D Not to mention he is wearing a Hell Boy shirt, another way to win my heart I must say but you would have a better chance with The Powerpuff Girls. The way he dresses is truly unique and something I would go for in a guy, shaggy hair and a thrown together look that looks like it took hours to put together. Not to mention that he gives people nicknames like Blade is B and Whistler is W and he says his nickname is Scud like Stud. I would have to agree with the stud part and it was really disappointing that he was bad and had to be killed because he was truly a great addition to the cast and his character could have been a big help in the third movie. So that is my love for Josh or Scud!! ;D

War of the Buttons

To keep this Irish theme going once again I wanted to post another movie I re- watched on Tuesday. It is called War of the Buttons and was made in 1994. I love this movie and how it shows these kids childhood and what they use to do. The characters are great, the acting is natural, the scenery is beautiful but why wouldn't it be it's Ireland. Everything about this movie is great, your happy when the characters are happy and sad and angry when they are. The kids do a wonderful job and the grownups are amazing as well but this is a movie about the kids. This movie really shows you what their childhood was like in Ireland and how they figure out who they can really trust and be friends with.

The Secret of Roan Inish

To keep up with my Irish theme that I have going on I wanted to post about an Irish movie that I love to death. It is called The Secret of Ronan Inish and is a beautiful story. That makes us believe that anything is possible no matter if other people called it just a myth. The people in this movie to a wonderful job playing their characters. The music is just lovely and it is shot amazingly. This has got to be one of my favorite movies and it is great for all ages to see and enjoy. I wanted to post the trailer on here so that everyone could take a look and see what they think of it.

St. Patty's Day!!!!

Hey everyone, the weather today was so amazing, not to hot not to cold. Just the perfect weather and it was nice and sunny out. Today was a good day, I had three classes today and only had a little bit of homework to do for tonight. The classes went by really quick and it was great that favorite professor at college was a substitue for one of my classes. It was nice to see her again and it is so cool that is is going to be my new advisor at my college. She is truly one of the coolest teacher I have ever had and I had some pretty cool teacher in the past. Anyway today was one of my favorite holdiays ever and it comes two days after my birthday which is great and a lot of my friends have their birthday today which is awesome. Plus I am half Irish which I love being and find Ireland to be a beautiful place with awesome history as well as a place that I would love to visit or live there for a little. My dad stopped by my college and brough me a cornbeef sandwich and clam cowder for dinner. He also got me irish potatoes, truffles, and some licorce that are shaped like the pipes you smoke which is pretty firckin' awesome. ;D I also watched the Boondock Saints movies today, how I LOVE my Boondock Saints. What I wouldn't do to have Connor and Murphy be real people, they are just too awesome and would so be my best friends. I just love the movies and the characters so much and I hope they can make more and continue the story. My St. Patty's Day was pretty awesome and I can't wait until tomorrow night when I get to go back home for the weekend! ;D I get early weekends since I have no classes on Firdays and my house is only 15 minutes aways from my college so I go home every weekend to take a break from college life and such. Plus I like it better at home but it is nice to have sometime on my own. I hope you all had a wonderful St. Patty's Day!! :D

Sunny Day

Hey everyone, today there was no rain which was a nice thing. It was really beautiful today and just the right temperature. Today I just went to my classes and did homework. Nothing really speacial, just to normal routine of classes and then doing homework. It was nice this morning because I was home since I slept at my house and my dad made me a great breakfast before taking me back to college. My classes were great today and I didn't get much homework. The weather is suppose to be nice like this all week so that it great that we are getting spring weather a little earlier then usual. I can't wait until tomorrow because it is St. Patty's Day and it is one of my favorite holidays also my dad is coming by to bring me a cornbeef sandwich. Also, I am going to watch the Boondock Saints movies like a marathone because it seems like the right movies to watch. I hope you all had a wonderful day and that you all have nice and amazing weather.

Seeing Alice!

Hey Everyone, today was a wonderful but rainy day where I live. I really love the rain to tell you to truth. For one reason it gave me the perfect chance to see Alice In Wonderland. Who doesn't like to go to the movies on a rainy day. I went with my dad and we both loved it a lot. I didn't see it in 3D but it was still an awesome movie and it would be cool to see it again, that is how much I love this movie. Of course I love anything to do with Alice In Wonderland so that helps. lol Alice has made my Friday the best day of this week. Johnny Depp was just amazing and made me fall even more in love with him and the Mad Hatter who I am and will always be madly in love with. Such a great character and Johnny did a brillant job of playing him. I think he had this cute puppy dog face but behind it you know he is crazy yet that makes him even more cute and adorable. ;D At least to me, I just wanted to kiss the Mad Hatter throughout this movie, to cute for words if you ask we. Anyway, lets stop talking about my love and end this blog. lol :D The movie was amazing and I can't wait to get it on DVD. Alice In Wonderland is my favorite thing on this earth, anything to do with it I have to have. I hope you all had an amazing day and now I will show you the outfit I wore today for the movies. Alice In Wonderland

Hey Everyone, today was a good day and I am now home for the weekend! ;D The best thing about today was my dad telling me he got us tickets to see Alice In Wonderland! :D I always see movies with my dad it is like a bonding experience we have with each other. It doesn't matter if it is a DVD or at the movies, we like seeing movies togeter, ever since I was little I can remember us watching movies with one another. Anyway back to Alice In Wonderland, my most favorite things in the world. I love everything and anything that has to do with Alice In Wonderland, from books, to movies, to music, to video games, I love all of it with a passion. I love all works done by Lewis Carroll and have a book of all his works and it is truly amazing and I am in awe of everything that he writes. I can't wait to see this movie since it has to do with something I truly love and Tim Burton is such an amazing director. I have hard good and bad reviews for this movie but I know in my heart that I will love this movie. So I hope you all had an amazing day and I can't wait to go to the movies, and since it is going to rain where I live it is the perfect time to go to the movies and take a trip to Wonderland!! ;D

Music: The Runaways and Hole

Hey everyone, I feel really musicial today like always, music is my life and I don't know where I would be without it. I mean everyone story I write comes from music. I listen to a song and characters, places, and the things they are doing just pop into my head,it's like a long music video playing in my head. So you can probably tell today was a good day, my dad came by my college today and brough me some food and dinner. Of course a listened to a lot of music like always, no surprise. I have been listening to The Runaways, one of my favorite bands and can't wait for the movie. I have been listening to the movie version of the songs and watching the clips and I can't wait to get to see the whole thing, that's how good it looks to me. I have also been watching some clips of Courtney Love, new ones and I think she is amazing. I know there are haters but I just like her, she is a great musician and once you get passed all the bad things that she has done you can see a great person, at least to me. Hole is another one of my favorite bands and I am so glad there are back, new people except for Courtney but I really like them and they sound great, she should be very proud of her new songs. I LOVE their new single, Skinny Little Bitch, and can't wait until their album comes out!! ;D Like always I hope you all had a great day, I know I sure did. :D

Almost Alice

Hey! Everyone, I went to the mall today and had a lot of fun. I went into Forever 21 which I love a lot, I didn't get anything but I did see a lot of things that I liked and thought were really cute. I did go to Hot Topic and get the Almost Alice Soundtrack for the new Alice In Wonderland movie and I also got a shirt with the Cheshire Cat on it which I love so much. The soundtrack is amazing and it makes me want to see the movie even more! That's it for now I wanted to post pics of the shirt and cd but I left my camera cord at my college in my dorm so I can't upload any photos and since I am on spring break I can't go back to the dorm even thought I only live like 15 minutes away from my college. Anyway just want to tell you what I did today and I hope you all have a wonderful day as well. :D

Relaxing

Hey, Everyone not much to write about today. My college is on spring break already so there is nothing really to do. So I am spending my day watching movies online, some good horror movies. I love horror movies and can never get enough of them! :D Speaking of horror movies I saw The Crazies and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Russell had to be my favorite hands down, of course my favorties always have to die. But on the plus side Joe Anderson did an amazing job as Russell, the accent to the facial expressions. I guess that is why I love Joe so much, he is very talented and seems like a great person. So enough about my love of Joe Anderson, I am off to watch my movies!! :D I hope you all have a wonderful day. ;D
